YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Under the supervision of the Lift Operations and Maintenance Supervisor, the Ski Lift Instructor is responsible for:
- Define and analyze training needs;
- Develop training objectives and plans;
- Design training content and teaching materials as needed;
- Lead training sessions;
- Monitor the learning progress of trained employees;
- Maintain the training log;
- Ensure that work procedures and training plans are updated;
- Supervise the work of employees in training;
- Support the supervisor in the integration of new employees;
- Operate the ski lifts during busy periods;
- Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor and that are necessary for the smooth operation of the company.
