Skills and Qualifications:

• Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt / Black Belt (recognized body such as ASQ or IASSC preferred).
• Strong command of Lean methodologies and tools (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, etc.).
• Proven track record in leading large-scale process improvement projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
