Sitecore Personalize & CDP Lead — Personalization & Journeys

Braintrust is looking for a hands-on Sitecore Personalize & CDP Manager to oversee the administration and evolution of our personalization and customer data platform capabilities. This individual will collaborate with multiple teams to define audience strategies and optimize customer journeys.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in personalization and customer data platforms, particularly within Sitecore. Strong communication skills and a robust understanding of data architecture will be pivotal in driving business impact through personalization initiatives.
