Job Description:The Learning Operations Coordinator has a vital role in partnering with program owners to develop, implement, and track employee training.This role will work closely with L&D program owners in Onboarding, Employee Development, and Management Development.What you'll do:● Manage enrollments, attendance, and scheduling, and ensuring accuracy of learning materials for live training programs in the company's LMS.
● Engage with program owners, internal teams, and external vendors to plan on-site and off-site training sessions.
