Site Supervisor / Team Leader (Gilmour)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Working Site Supervisor / Team Leader to lead and work with the crew on a daily basis overseeing residential construction projects throughout the Bancroft region. This is not a sit-back supervisory role. The successful candidate will be expected to lead from the front—working alongside the crew daily while managing the job site. This position is ideal for someone who can take ownership of a project, keep the crew productive, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work with the crew on a daily basis
• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Read and interpret architectural and construction drawings
• Ensure projects are completed according to specifications and timelines
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant job site
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
