Site Supervisor

Reporting to the Site Engineer, the Site Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of site activities and coordination of works relating to structural and metal works.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position is, and not limited to, as follows:

• Supervise daily site activities and operations to ensure work progresses as planned.
• Coordinate with main contractor and workers to execute project tasks effectively.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met by monitoring progress and resolving on-site issues.
• Inspect construction work to ensure it adheres to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Ensure safe lifting procedures and maintain good house keeping in the working area.
• Address any non-compliance issues promptly and implement corrective measures that are implemented.
• Maintain documentation of quality checks and site reports.
