Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the work of sub0contractors and in-house workers
- Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
- Co-operate with safety personnel always ensure adherence to Workplace Safety & Health at all times.
- Assist PM and Project Engineers on the daily execution of permanent and temporary works such as road diversion, drainage and pavement work and etc.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings
- Ensure that work is executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship with observation of strict deadlines.
- Perform safety, equipment, materials routine inspection
- To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Attend daily toolbox meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
- Maintain and update work progress records, housekeeping and prepare reports.
