- Oversee construction site activities.
- Support Construction Manager / Project Engineer on daily site work.
- Planning of manpower allocation.
- Ensure site safety and daily housekeeping.
- Ensure machinery and material needed are in place for site activities.
- Ensure all the machinery is in working condition before work started.
- Assign job to workers and ensure work done on schedule.
- Pick up and send worker to work/dormitory.
- Have relevant working experience.
- Enjoy working outdoor construction activities.
- Proactive to complete task.
- Willing to take up challenge, never give up attitude.
- Know well on his ownership and responsible person.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to handle multitasking job.
- Can work at fast pace environment.
