Key Responsibilities of this role include:
- Supervision of housing refurbishments, commercial installations and town and mine maintenance;
- Accurately quoting jobs, including time, labour and materials;
- Ensuring projects are completed to the highest quality standard;
- Manage and resolve problems as they arise;
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental regulations and procedures;
- A flexible approach to working hours and availability to work at our Newman site;
- Build strong relationships with clients, representing the Ahrens Group and our capabilities at all times.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
- Trade Qualifications or relevant building experience;
- Previous experience in a similar role – involving structural/electrical/mechanical and/or civil works;
