We are looking for a **Site Supervisor** to join our office in Milano.
Reporting directly to Site Supervisors Coordinator you will:
**You are the right fit if you have/are:**
* Fluent in English. German appreciated.
* Master Degree in Construction, Civil, or other technical Engineering background
* 2-4 years of experience in a construction site context or excavation, digging.
* **Availability to spend long periods abroad on site (approx. 70-75% per year)**.
* Driving license.
* Leadership attitude.
* Good communication skills and relationship approach with Clients and subcontractors.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills, target orientation, with attitude to manage properly priorities in coordination with Management.
