Responsibilities Site Operations
- Supervise and coordinate the works of site personnel including that of subcontractor and suppliers.
- Monitor daily activities and provide the necessary reports to the Site / Project Manager.
- Support the inspection works with the Client’s representative.
- Ensure adherence by stakeholders on their Method of Statements/Procedures (MOPs, MOSs), Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) and Safe Work Procedures (SWPs).
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards and requirements on site by personnel, subcontractors and vendors.
- Identify Safety non‑compliances or incompatibility of works, and report them to Safety Department.
- Prepare the necessary documentation for inspection with client.
- Ensure accuracy in documentation furbished by subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
