Our client, a specialist in retail renovations and construction, is looking for a Site Supervisor in the Montreal area. This is a permanent position.
Responsibilities – English
- Coordinate sub‑contractor schedules and ensure subcontractor timeliness of execution.
- Ensure safety measures are fully implemented and adhered to.
- Liaise with the project manager, sub‑contractors, and municipal building & permit departments.
- Complete projects respecting strict deadlines, within budget, and coordinate efforts of team members and sub‑contractors.
- Ensure quality control in all areas of the project.
- Work with the Project Manager and Project Coordinators to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Conduct site risk assessments and identify opportunities for avoidance.
