We currently have an opportunity for a construction Site Superintendent. Our office is located in St. Albert, but we build across the Greater Edmonton Region.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Site Super is responsible for maintaining and improving a wide range of construction initiatives and tasks. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about new home construction, has a team‑player personality with innovative ideas, and is committed to working hard.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordination and scheduling of subcontractors and suppliers via effective phone or email communication.
- Maintaining project schedules, which are to be updated daily and kept current.
- Relaying any trade or site issues to the Construction Manager.
- Ensuring the quality of the completed work meets San Rufo Homes standards and all building and safety code requirements.
