Site Superintendent - BC

The Site Superintendent will be accountable for overseeing all field operations in multiple construction projects. This existing role will be the driving force in ensuring our project plans are successfully completed as per design, budget, and schedule. This position will lead and coach Site Coordinators while being responsible for safety and quality. The Site Superintendent is expected to spend a minimum of 85% of their work week on the jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, direct, coach, train, and mentor direct and indirect reports on the Project team
• Effectively communicate with Site teams and subcontractors to ensure that performance, productivity, quality, and safety requirements are met
• Collaborate with the project team in finding solutions to potential problems, identifying risks, work interferences and schedule conflicts.
