Site Security Lead: Protect People, Enable Innovation

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a Site Security Supervisor to manage daily physical security operations across our Cebu City facility. You will supervise contract security staff, oversee access control and lobby operations, and coordinate on-site emergency response with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a strong leadership presence, 5–8 years in security and at least 3 years supervising frontline teams. ASIS membership is valued.
