What You'll Do
- Model and lead our culture of care and comply with all Nutrien Ag Solutions and industry regulatory and EH&S standards
- Advocate Commitment to Zero corporate strategy
- Plan, organize and conduct or arrange training programs/seminars for Nutrien Ag Solutions (Canada) Inc. supervisors and employees regarding WHMIS, Fall Protection, Safety Orientation, Personal Protection Equipment, CPR/First Aid, industry specific issues and other occupational safety issues
- Perform job site safety compliance inspections including hazard analysis, safe work procedures, written reports and recommendations
- Monitor adherence to the company safety program by all Nutrien Ag Solutions (Canada) Inc. employees and subcontractors
- Coordinate a Joint Health and Safety Committee for sites with 10 or more employees
- Assist in the development and implementation of site-specific occupational safety programs
