By building cutting‑edge information systems, it helps the company's business and organization achieve long‑term, efficient operation and development. Meanwhile, it continuously conducts governance in terms of security, privacy, and compliance to safeguard the company's steady development. ByteDance has a complex business model and a large user base. To date, the CIS has covered multiple fields such as human resources, finance, legal, procurement, approval, and workplace, with privacy and security work carried out in parallel, and AIGC innovation incubation gradually being implemented.
