SRE – Site Reliability Engineer
We are currently seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
Job Responsibilities
- Perform Level 1.5 support activities such as monitoring, deployment, and rollback.
- Monitor the efficiency of Azure cloud systems to prevent outages and initiate Incident Management bridges during outages.
- Troubleshoot Azure resources and expedite escalation to Level 3 (Software Development Team) when necessary.
- Coordinate with a 24/7 operations team; shift rotations may occur every month or every two months.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud; Azure Fundamentals certification is ideal or a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
