As a Site Reliability Engineer – Observability at Qonto, you will:

• Develop robust alerting systems and refine our incident management process to minimize downtime and maintain our SLAs.
• Enable the Tech Department teams to leverage the Observability Framework to gather data-based insights, helping them make the right decisions.
• Design, build, and maintain our observability platform, providing Qonto with metrics, logs, and traces, and ensuring it scales with the growing complexity of our system.
