Site Reliability Engineer (Medellín)

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with AWS.
• At least one AWS associate level certification.
• Ability to contribute through CloudFormation / Terraform.
• Good knowledge of AWS core services related to Infrastructure (EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, EBS etc.), Networking (VPC, Network Security Groups, Peering, Transit Gateway, site-to-site VPN etc.), Security (CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Config etc.) and Observability (CloudWatch, AWS Backup, Event Rules etc.).
• Experience with architecture and well‑architected review is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Core duties include working in a team environment and providing 24x7 support for customer's AWS environment.
• Administer AWS infrastructure including compute, network, and storage resources.
• Provision compute instances in AWS and manage resource utilization.
