Site Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Adhere to agreed SLAs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across customer applications
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in production environments
• Ensure issues are resolved or escalated in a timely manner
• Manage communication with customers to maintain strong relationships
• Use tools, training and experience to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Document issue resolution and application knowledge
• Ensure application data loads are completed on schedule

What technologies, methodologies or tools will you use?

Java, Microservices, MongoDB, Splunk, VictorOps, AppDynamics, ELK Stack, Selenium, AWS or Azure, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Jenkins, Git.
