Responsibilities
- Oversee installation projects and manage engineering works at site
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Supervise site operations and subcontractors to meet project deadlines
- Plan manpower, monitor work schedules, and track project costs
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide monthly project progress reports and highlight operational issues
- ITC / Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in UPS or standby generator systems is an advantage
- Able to work independently and manage projects proactively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Responsible, committed, and results-oriented team player
