Job Title: Site Operations Director

The Site Operations Director is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and performance of all operational activities at Moog Baguio. As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, the incumbent provides strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing and support functions to ensure the achievement of business objectives related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Service.
