Base31 is Prince Edward County’s newest cultural destination, set on a 70-acre historic former WWII air training base just outside of Picton, Ontario. Purchased in 2021 by PEC Community Partners, the site has undergone an ambitious transformation, restoring heritage buildings, reimagining the landscape, and creating dynamic public spaces filled with art, live music, and exciting food and drink experiences.

Since opening in 2022, Base31 has become a thriving hub of creativity and culture, drawing visitors from across the region and beyond. The site has hosted hundreds of events, from large-scale festivals and concerts to intimate performances by Canada’s top musicians.
