Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labour Law, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- HR or IR certifications will be advantageous.
- Previous experience within the outsourced services industry (TES, contract cleaning, security, facilities management, catering, logistics, or similar).
- Strong HR and Industrial Relations knowledge with hands-on experience managing disciplinary processes, grievances, and labour-related matters.
- Experience managing large teams in a client-facing environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- A valid driver's licence will be advantageous.
