Responsibilities
- Reporting to Project Manager and the Management.
- Over-all in-charge of site planning, operation / activities and not limited to ERSS / excavation works and coordination.
- Ensure site access and logistic are in-order at all times.
- Oversee engineers, coordinators and supervisors to ensure all communication are crossed transmitted, in-order and each of them carry out their duties professionally on site. Conduct site meeting as and when required with regard to site & subcontractor issues.
- Ensures company ISO, safety, environment policies and procedures are adhered to. Ensure safety provision on site are in-order.
- To monitor and chase Structure, Architectural and M&E works to align work progress and catch-up with schedule.
- Closely monitoring of site progress and troubleshoot site constraints to expedite works. Performs routine site inspection to resolve site problems with the Engineers, Coordinators...
