Job Description
The role reports directly to the Deputy General Manager and is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects in the power quality, energy storage, and renewable energy sector.
The Site Manager is accountable not only for technical execution, safety, and quality, but also for commercial performance, client relationship management, and business development, ensuring projects are delivered profitably and contribute to future business growth.
Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Initiation
- Lead overall project planning, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution strategy.
- Review and understand all technical documents including construction drawings and Single-Line Diagrams (SLD).
- Develop detailed project execution plans, method statements, and work schedules.
- Identify project risks at early stages and implement mitigation strategies.
