We are looking for a Site Manager at BELECTRIC España. We value construction site experience, workplace safety, a goal‑oriented work approach, and a proactive mindset focused on sustainability and innovation.
Responsibilities
Ensuring the correct and timely completion of photovoltaic projects.
Monitoring the achievement of project and company goals, ensuring compliance with HSE and Quality minimum requirements.
Interface function between the construction site and internal departments such as Engineering, Supply Chain & Procurement, and Project Management.
Execution and documentation of quality checks.
Checking construction progress for compliance with agreed milestones of the construction project.
Identifying possible defects and improvement potentials, coordinating solution finding and implementing solution approaches.
