Our client, a leading provider of outsourced services, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large client site in Eswatini.
This role is ideally suited to candidates with a strong background in the TES (Temporary Employment Services), facilities management or outsourced services industry , where managing large workforces and client relationships is a core responsibility. The role requires strong Human Resources (HR) and Industrial Relations (IR) expertise to effectively manage staffing, disciplinary processes, labour relations, employee engagement, and compliance with labour legislation.
POSITION INFO:
