Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee security contracts, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards
- Lead, train and supervise security personnel to maintain a high level of performance
- Conduct risk assessments and implement security measures to protect assets, personnel, and operations
- Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to enhance security strategies
- Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory and environmental compliance standards
- Prepare reports, incident logs, and operational updates for senior management
- Conduct investigations into security breaches and recommend corrective actions
Preferred Qualifications, Attributes, and Skills
- PSIRA certification – Grade A.
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
