Site Manager - High Level

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee security contracts, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards
• Lead, train and supervise security personnel to maintain a high level of performance
• Conduct risk assessments and implement security measures to protect assets, personnel, and operations
• Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to enhance security strategies
• Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory and environmental compliance standards
• Prepare reports, incident logs, and operational updates for senior management
• Conduct investigations into security breaches and recommend corrective actions

Preferred Qualifications, Attributes, and Skills

• PSIRA certification – Grade A.
• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in security management, preferably in the smelter, mining, or industrial sector...
