Site Manager - Fan Zone (Night Shift)

Position Objective
Coordinate and oversee all overnight operations within the Fan Zone, ensuring the effective execution of setup, maintenance, replenishment, and corrective works so that all areas are fully prepared, safe, and operational for the daily opening of the event.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all scheduled overnight activities within assigned Fan Zone areas.
Coordinate contractors, suppliers, installation crews, maintenance teams, and support personnel carrying out night‑shift operations.
Conduct regular inspections to verify the condition and readiness of infrastructure, activations, signage, furniture, hospitality facilities, and public areas.
Manage operational incidents and coordinate corrective actions to ensure the functionality and readiness of all event spaces.
Oversee maintenance, replenishment, repair, and restoration works performed outside public operating hours.
