Role Overview
To act as a Site Supervisor in large sites (e.g. Microsoft data centers) from site preparation through deliveries, construction and testing phases and to coordinate the daily operational works at site. Represent Eaton and coordinate site meetings where planning, coordination, and safety are reviewed. Critical to the mission is to ensure all safety (EHS) and quality requirements are met. For distant location work (EMEA) the Site Manager is expected to work on rotation over 6 weeks on site – 1 week home.
What you’ll do
- A. Is responsible for Health and Safety, Environmental process on site. The Site Manager initiates, monitors and reviews work procedures, holds toolbox talks, daily work risk assessments and safety briefings with the team. Ensures a safe working environment is always provided and documents such as Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RA/MS).
