Role Overview
Play the role of Site Supervisor for large‑scale data center projects (e.g., Microsoft data centers). Oversee site preparation, deliveries, construction, and testing phases. Responsible for coordinating daily operational work, leading site meetings, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements. The position requires a 6‑week on‑site / 1‑week home rotation for EMEA locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead Health & Safety, Environmental and quality processes on site; initiate, monitor, review procedures and maintain documentation (Risk Assessments, Method Statements).
- Conduct toolbox talks, daily risk assessments and safety briefings.
- Represent the Project Manager at site and local coordination meetings.
- Coordinate and direct site works performed by Eaton and third‑party suppliers on a daily basis.
