We're Hiring: Site Manager / Construction Supervisor (Industrial Relocation Project)
Project-based | ~5–6 weeks (Mid-July to Mid-August)
Looking for a hands-on leader with experience in industrial equipment relocation and installation.
This is a fast-paced, high-visibility project supporting the transfer of a precision production line (laser equipment) from the U.S. to Mexico within an advanced manufacturing environment.
What you'll be doing:
Ensure technical readiness and EHS compliance prior to shipment
Coordinate closely with engineering teams
Oversee logistics provider (packing, loading, inventory control)
Validate packing lists, documentation, and traceability
Support border operations and customs contingencies
Supervise unloading, positioning, and installation
Coordinate plant layout and setup activities
Lead supplier activities for reinstallation, calibration, and adjustments
Support commissioning and startup
