About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery of a major substation construction project within the renewable energy sector in Cardiff. This is a key position overseeing day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and programme performance while coordinating multiple contractors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on‑site activities for the substation project, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
- Lead site inductions, daily briefings, and toolbox talks to promote a strong safety culture.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, plant, and materials.
