Your Duties and Responsibilities:
Site Personnel Management
- Manage and coach staff to ensure they are meeting their key deliverables and proactively address performance issues.
- Develop and expand the knowledge of the team, including taking a lead mentoring role for Project Coordinators.
Site Management
- Manage the site construction activities to ensure the most productive use of available materials and construction resources (internal and external).
- Ensuring that all processes comply with approved procedures, work method statements & safety management plans.
- Thoroughly understand and monitor trade scope of works, programme and the relevant components within the tender process.
