Site Manager (Residential New Builds)
About the role
Currently supporting a Custom Home builder based in the Inner West who are looking for a Site Manager who knows how to run a build from end-to-end. This is a role suited to someone who has managed multiple sites, takes pride in their work, keeps sites organised, and builds strong relationships with trades.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing residential construction projects from start to finish (including complex builds such as basements)
- Coordinating and communicating with subcontractors and suppliers to keep programs on track
- Maintaining strong site standards across quality, safety, and presentation
- Running site processes including site diaries, safety systems, and project documentation
- Keeping stakeholders updated with clear, practical communication
