Site Maintenance Worker (A02 SMW 3)

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general building maintenance (e.g., drywall repairs, zone valve replacements, thermostat maintenance)
Handle minor plumbing repairs
Track and complete work orders
Assist Maintenance Technicians as required
Contribute to project work
Conduct preventative maintenance
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience/Education Preference: 
Plumbing & HVAC Experience is desired.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous work experience in a similar occupation or applicable education is desired.
5th Class Power Engineering certificate is an asset.
Must have valid Class 5 driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract.
