General Repairs and Maintenance

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks across facilities.
• Conduct all‑around repairs including, but not limited to, plumbing fixtures, doors, windows, furniture, and building structures.
• Quickly respond to and resolve urgent maintenance issues and work orders.

Parking Facilities and Infrastructure

• Maintain the physical condition of parking structures, lots, and surrounding areas, including routine cleaning, debris removal, and minor pavement/surface repairs (e.g., crack filling, pothole patching).
• Execute basic civil works such as foundation repairs, concrete work, and structural upkeep.
• Perform touch‑up painting of parking lines, signage, walls, and structural steel as needed.
• Conduct basic masonry repairs on walls, walkways, and other structures.
