We are looking for a Site Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance strategy across all production equipment. This role will drive equipment availability, reliability, safety, and continuous improvement while leading a high-performing maintenance team.
What You’ll Do
✔ Lead the site maintenance strategy (PM/PdM/CM)
✔ Manage maintenance budget (OPEX/CAPEX, spare parts, contractors)
✔ Improve asset reliability (OEE, MTBF, MTTR)
✔ Strengthen CMMS usage (SAP PM/Maximo/Infor)
✔ Lead RCAs and eliminate recurring failures
✔ Ensure full EHS compliance (LOTO, NOM STPS, audits)
✔ Develop and coach supervisors and technicians
Support new equipment, transfers, and capacity expansion
✔ Drive TPM/Lean initiatives and continuous improvement
✔ Report weekly/monthly KPIs to plant leadership
