Site leader , Sub Same Day Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Site Leader to manage Sub Same Day (SSD) operations at one of our fulfillment nodes in the São Paulo metro region. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end operational performance under the roof — from inbound transfer receipt from feeder FCs through processing, sortation, and dispatch to last mile—ensuring delivery promises of three hours or less are consistently met. The Site Leader will own safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance across multiple dispatch cycles daily, driving a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
