Job Description
- Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch
- Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks
- Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control
- Lead, train & manage the store team.
- Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams
- Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance
- Handle escalations and peak volume operations
- Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost)
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations
- Good leadership & team handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coordination & communication skills (English + Tagalog)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS, Email)
