SOSi is seeking an experienced Site Lead to support a strategically important contract to provide Facilities Management and Maintenance Services to customer's Forward Headquarters. Overall Program direction will come from the Program Manager operating out of customer's rear headquarters in Tampa. Site Lead will be responsible for day-to-day operations at the Forward Headquarters at Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB), Doha Qatar.
Essential Job Duties
- The Site Lead manages a team of TS/SCI security cleared technicians ranging from Billeting to Logistic to Tradesmen.
- Plans and conducts day to day operations.
- Administrative duties include but not limited to, having and maintaining a TS/SCI status of team members, collaborate with management team in Tampa to facilitate program deliverables, develop group and individual timelines, assess/identify potential bottlenecks in each project/program process, maintain online d...
