Site Lead - Intermediate FA - Richmond, B.C.

We are seeking a Site Lead to join our team at an Intermediate First Aid/OFA 2 site in Richmond.

You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of the property while providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Schedule : Mon - Fri 07:00 - 15:00 Payrate : $26.50/hour Some of your responsibilities include:  Coordinate daily security operations between assigned security personnel.

Assist with onboarding, orientation, and site-specific training of new security personnel.

Review and update post orders annually, and as required to reflect changes in client requirements, site operations, security risks, or regulatory obligations.

Provide guidance and support to security personnel regarding post orders, procedures, and service expectations.
