Site Finance Representative

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years experience in General / Cost Accounting preferably in construction / equipment rental.
• Knowledge in using SAP software is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned to projects.
• Willing to be assigned within and outside Metro Manila.

Responsibilities:

• Review all petty cash reports and conduct surprise cash count to ensure that the Petty Cash Fund is properly maintained.
• Review monthly cash advance report and recommend recovery or salary deduction as applicable.
• Review and ensure accuracy of budget data entered in the accounting system.
• Review, analyze and discuss Tender Budget with Project Manager, Cost Engineer, Planner and Procurement Representative and assist in the preparation of Project Budget Allocation (PBA).
