Job Description

Accountabilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Ensuring the ongoing function of each facility task such as reception, print centre, classroom training, car rental & vehicle leases, physical security, building maintenance, catering, mailing records, waste management, contractor management, etc.
• Defining and managing risks and measuring performance in his/her capacity as site manager.
• Determining office space requirements based on staff projections and business plans.
