SITE ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards
• Coordinate with sub-contractors to resolve site issues promptly and maintain continuous workflow
• Report project progress and updates clearly to the project manager to support informed decision-making
• Monitor and control structural work progress to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Plan and manage site operations to optimize resource utilization and maintain schedule adherence
• Support project objectives by performing additional duties as assigned by superiors

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in English to communicate effectively with associates
• Demonstrated teamwork skills through collaboration with diverse teams to solve problems
