- Perform commissioning, maintenance, and repair of non-standard automation equipment used in the photovoltaic industry.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues on-site; provide timely feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support equipment integration, including offline/online setup, system optimization, upgrades, and retrofits.
- Deliver technical training to customer personnel to ensure independent operation and basic maintenance capability.
- Ensure equipment meets all technical specifications and support the successful completion of customer acceptance processes.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively for on-site service (long-term business trips required).
