Overview of the Role

The role holder willbe responsible forensuring that works is completed safety on time to budget and to the required quality. Inaddition,the incumbent willbe responsible foran managing individual areas of work toassistin the completion of the whole project.

What you will do?

Main Role

• To control the works of the labour teams and to issue works to Fireman, gangs and sub-contractors in a structures and organised manner
• To ensure that all site works are conducted in a safe manner
• To champion the AFC values
• To produce documentation on work performance
• To deal with site problems to ensure the project remain on plan
• Toat all timesbe aware of the value /cost of the materials they are using and to adopt a suitable approach
