Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor joinery installation activities on-site ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with the project management team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of joinery works.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting joinery installations, identifying defects or issues, and coordinating corrective actions.
- Liaise with the factory to track the production and delivery of joinery items, ensuring materials are available on-site as per project timelines.
- Resolve on-site technical issues related to joinery works, collaborating with the factory and design teams when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain site reports including daily progress reports, material usage, and manpower deployment.
